Back2Basics’ Small Business Brand Management Client Highlight of the Week
When we first met Lori in the fall of 2018, she was a single REALTOR who was in the midst of setting some fairly lofty goals for herself.
We were introduced to Lori by another REALTOR in her office when Lori approached her looking for advice on how to put together a client appreciation event and how to market it.
She wanted to grow a team and double her sales in the next year. While she was on the hunt for another hungry REALTOR she could bring on as a buyer agent she needed help managing some of her other marketing goals.
She was also looking for help and guidance on tightening up an online presence through the use of her existing KW real estate website and social media accounts. She had several resources in place, but they needed to be cleaned up and utilized routinely and she just didn’t have the resources and time to do it all herself – nor did she want to spend her energies on it.
Two years later, Lori and the Millam Real Estate Group have grown to include two buyer’s agents, a team manager, listing specialist (who is Lori), and several support team members.
We helped her coordinate the art design and development of a custom wrapped moving trailer she uses as one of the benefits she provides to her buyer and seller clients, and we continue to manage her ongoing online and offline messaging through a coordinated campaign of social media and postcard creatives and distribution. From social posts to postcards, buyer and seller presentations, event scheduling and promotions and more – we love working with Lori and her team on creative initiatives that help make them shine.
